Good and quick guidelines to spot trouble and work on a contingency plan to improve the business situation. I particularly like the chapter about Strategy, good and practical guidelines.

The author, Mark Blaney, has spent years guiding managers/owners in the UK, to right the ship. Although some language is written more to the UK business and tax standards, much of the advice in "Turning a Business Around", is suitable for any company and its owners. There are step by step processes, stories and a little humor (even accountants can have a good sense of humor) to guide a management team/ownership to stop the bleeding and save the patient. Even for those companies in a good place now, it highlights the warning signs of trouble. A good, solid read.
